The Cowlitz County Fair

The other day, Mommy and Daddy took me to the fair to look at the animals. They were lots of fun, except for the goats. They were LOUD! I don't like loud things except for myself. I like to hear myself scream sometimes. Apparently I'm not loud to myself, but I'm loud to my parents because they tell me to "shhhhhh!"

This is me trying to get a bunny to mistake my finger for a carrot. His nose was really soft, and wiggled a lot.

For a long time, I thought that this doggy was real, but then, I noticed that he would lick my finger, so I figured he must be a stuffed animal of some kind.

This is Mommy and me saying hi to Wilbur. He was an "Amazing" and "Terrific" pig.

Mt Vernon

So, the other day, I went with Mommy up to Gramma and Grampa's house in Mt Vernon. They had a pool out in the backyard and everything. It was awesome! I even stole a hat from Great Gramma McCloud. Workin' on my tan!

I even got to go down a sweet slide with my good buddy Luke Hansen!

First Kiss

So, the other day this kid stops by to play, and so I'm playing it cool. I share my Kix with him, a few goldfish crackers, some of my toys, and then he plants one on me! Can you believe it! I mean really! I hope my dad has a talk with him. I mean, I don't kiss until the..."What was that Daddy? Not until I'm 16? Alright."

4th of July Parade

My daddy talked me into walking, well, riding in the 4th of July parade. His work had some people walking in the parade, tossing candy and temporary tattoos out to the kids. He never tossed any of the candy my way. But just wait til Mom checks out my new tatts!

The attack of the hose!

Mommy and Daddy took me to Ellensburg to visit Nanna and Grampa. THey had this crazy thing called a "hose",that kept getting me wet, every time I tried to get a better look at it.

A trip to school

Once a year, I try and get out to Shelley's classroom to play the guitar for the kids. Of course we sing Twinkle Twinkle, and Old Macdonald, but this year, I brought McKenzie. She wanted the "George" song from the Curious George movie. So, I sang it, and the kids liked it, but they were way more interested in watching McKenzie run around the room and explore.

When we went to stations, they all wanted to make her stuff and sit next to her. She fit right in.

The Ace!

So, it finally came to be. A hole in one! I hit a low slightly fading 9-iron 154 yards over water onto the green. The ball rolled towards the hole and stopped. Since we could all still see it, Nick Stumbo and Jason Hoover both hit their shots. As we were walking up to hole, Nick said, "Hey Milligan, I don't see your ball anymore." Of course I thought he was joking, but sure enough, when we walked up to the hole, that beautiful Precept 33 was nestled in the bottom of the cup. Too bad that hole couldn't have said more about my entire round, but we won't get into that.
